Employee Engagement in 2020

The year 2020 has forced tremendous change on how we work together. Organizations have had to quickly adapt to the current reality, including moving a large share of employees to work from home status while reconfiguring workplaces to be safer for those who cannot work remotely. The big question that hangs over all of these changes is, How can organizations continue to maintain their culture and promote employee engagement when the employees no longer gather together in shared workspaces?

Join Rik Nemanick and Bob Grace, principals of The Nemanick Leadership Consulting, to learn what tools leaders can leverage to create an engaging culture for 2020 and beyond. This interactive session will explore how the traditional model of employee engagement can be updated for how we work today. It will explore the antecedents and consequences of engagement in a virtual environment, and discuss specific tactics organizations can implement to promote employee connection.
