Developing Your HR Strategy

Developing Your HR Strategy

Managing talent has become central to most organizations’ competitive strategy. The ability to attract and retain talent in a tight labor market, deploy talent to drive key initiatives, and create a strong leadership team can make or break the strategic plans crafted by executives. But Human Resource professionals are often left out of the strategy development process, leaving them handicapped in their efforts to articulate a clear HR strategy that aligns to the strategic needs of the business and gains the support and involvement of the leadership team.

Join Bob Grace and Rik Nemanick for this seminar to explore the role of strategy for HR. The seminar will describe the HR strategy process and review examples of how HR can align its priorities with the competitive position of the overall organization.
