About the Presenter: Rik Nemanick, Ph.D. has trained over 2,000 mentors and protégés at companies like Boeing, Monsanto, Covidien, and Pfizer. He is a partner in The Nemanick Leadership Consulting and holds a doctorate in psychology from Saint Louis University.
